For Walk-In Purchases :
  • Customers may take their purchased items immediately after payment.
  • For large or bulky orders, we offer local delivery (charges may apply depending on distance and weight).
  • Delivery dates will be scheduled based on availability and customer preference.

    • For Online Purchases :
  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days upon payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is available within Malaysia only, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • We use reputable courier services or in-house delivery for bulky items.
  • Estimated delivery times after confirmation for Peninsular Malaysia will be 3-5 working days and East Malaysia will be 5-10 working days
  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

    2. Refund Policy

    General Conditions :
  • Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product (online) or 3 days from purchase date (walk-in).
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • Non-Refundable Items :
  • Custom-cut, custom-made, or specially ordered products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • We use reputable courier services or in-house delivery for bulky items.

    • Refund Method:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

    • 3. Cancellation Policy

    Before Shipping/Collection :
  • Orders can be cancelled before the order is packed.

    • After Shipping/Collection :
  • Cancellations are not allowed after the product has been shipped or collected.
