2. Products & Pricing

2.1 All product descriptions, specifications, and images are for reference purposes only. Actual product may differ due to manufacturing changes or screen display differences.

2.2 We strive to keep our stock information accurate, availability can be guaranteed by reaching out officially to us.

2.3 Prices may vary between online and in-store due to promotions, logistics costs, or platform fees.

2.4 All prices are exclusive of delivery/installation fees unless otherwise stated.  

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Walk-in Sales : Full payment is required at the point of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing by a legal representative.

3.2 We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved payment gateways.

3.3 In cases where payment is not confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.  

4. Product Warranty & Defects

4.1 Warranty (if provided) is covered by the product’s manufacturer or supplier. Terms vary by product category.

4.2 Customers must keep the original receipt/invoice to claim any warranty.

4.3 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.  

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

5.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.  

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in Malaysian tribunal courts and the decision will be mutually agreed.
