In addition to engaging clients through our physical stores, we actively promote online sales with stores on Shopee and Lazada. Our online membership programme offers exclusive discounts and reward points, fostering customer loyalty. Since launching this programme in 2023, we have accumulated over 100 loyal members.
From just two employees at the start, our team has now expanded to 60 dedicated professionals. With this expanded workforce, we have completed over 20 notable projects across Malaysia, including a prominent facility for Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad in Bintulu, Sarawak.
